&lt;h3&gt;NCLB is up for Re-Authorization: Candidates Take Pot Shots, but Don't have a Clue&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) is up for re-authorization.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And, candidates of both parties have taken their pot shots at the bad law.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
